The Significance of Tsukiji Gourmet Club
What is *“Japanese-style food” culture?
In addition to sushi and traditional Japanese cuisine, we define *“Japanese-style food” culture as cuisine and food culture that have been creatively developed and uniquely evolved by Japanese chefs, including Japanese-style French, Italian, Chinese cuisine, ramen, yoshoku Western-style dishes, and more. In recent years, Japanese ingredients and seasonings, as well as cooking techniques, cuisine, and tableware, have attracted increasing attention from overseas.
