What is Tsukiji Gourmet Club?


Tsukiji Gourmet Club is a special culinary event in Tokyo’s Tsukiji area where top chefs showcase *”Wa no Shoku” culture to domestic and international food enthusiasts. This event primarily uses fresh ingredients from Tsukiji and offers an interactive gourmet experience for adults that is “Delicious,” “Fun,” and “Educational.”

Significance of Tsukiji Gourmet Club

1. Enhancing Tsukiji’s value: Contributing to the development of Tsukiji as a hub for food professionals.
2. Stimulating the five senses: Providing an energizing experience through learning and enjoyment.

*What is “Wa no Shoku” culture?


*”Wa no Shoku” culture encompasses not only sushi and traditional Japanese cuisine but also Japanese-style French, Italian, Chinese, ramen, and Western dishes that have been creatively developed by Japanese chefs. Recently, Japanese ingredients, seasonings, cooking techniques, dishes, and tableware have been gaining attention from abroad.

2nd Tsukiji Gourmet Club – March 8, 2025


Date: March 8, 2025 (Saturday) 18:00-21:00
Venue: TSUKIJI COOKING, 5F Solacia Building Tsukiji, 4-13-8 Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo Access
Chef: Jiro Yadoki, CEO of Menya Musashi Co., Ltd.
Menu: Special ramen course + Tsukiji seafood selected by wholesalers
Participation fee: 16,500 yen (tax included) with one drink

Jiro Yatogi

Jiro Yatogi joined Menya Musashi in 2001 and became the CEO of Menya Musashi Co., Ltd. in 2013.
Inheriting the philosophy of the founder, Takeshi Yamada, he aims to create “innovative and high-quality” ramen shops. As a new initiative in the ramen industry, he has proposed numerous collaboration products, working with major brands like Lotte and Dassai, as well as producers and local governments, to create many innovative ramen dishes. Known as “the man challenging the infinite possibilities of ramen,” he is also working to improve the industry’s professional status as a business owner while engaging in ramen creation.

Participation Requirements


– This event is for individuals aged 20 and above. Minors may participate only when accompanied by a guardian.

– Individuals who engage in behavior that disturbs or offends other participants will be refused entry.

– Solicitation of any kind, including religious, multi-level marketing, insurance products, or by industry competitors, is strictly prohibited.

– Individuals who have exhibited inappropriate behavior at past events will be refused entry.
