Skills certification based on guidelines established by Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF).

Eligible participants who meet the required criteria in the applicable Advanced course can work toward Bronze certification under the Certification of Cooking Skills for Japanese Cuisine in Foreign Countries.

Successful candidates receive a Bronze Certificate and Bronze Medal.
