Haruno started a cooking class at home after working as an instructor at a leading culinary school, and has rich experience in culinary art field and in teaching. Often appears on TV, health and beauty/culinary magazine, and at many events.

• Use personal practical experience to help students understand the importance of trying and playing with different spices and flavors, and power of imagination and creativity required to cover a simple dish into a great delicacy.

Let’s get acquainted with the nutrition value of different foods, especially with tofu and vegetables, and become expertise in Japanese home cooked dishes and delicacies together! With your passion and zeal towards exploring the unexplored avenues in Japanese food, I wish to impart my knowledge to students to learn new things. Time will fly by while having fun and learning in a cozy kitchen studio for sure.
