MAP TO THIS CLASS
A Japanese rice bowl dish in which chicken is simmered in warishita (sukitaki sauce) broth, then covered with egg mixture to cook it a little more and poured over rice. In the name, “oyako” literally means “parent and child”. The name comes from the use of chicken and eggs together in this food.
